Wrap the binder around the area of the wrist. The hook and loop fasteners provide for the first lock and then subsequently the second lock to tighten the support.


This brace should not be worn continuously. Do not wear while sleeping. Give a break for some time by wearing the binder loose or by removing it if necessary.
