For rehabilitation and treatment of wrist conditions for strains, sprains, post fracture, bursitis, microtrauma, tenosymovitis, arthritis and other conditions requiring orthopaedic support.


Vissco wrist brace helps retain body heat and offers soft uniform compression. It maintains even temperature around the wrist. It progressively decreases compression towards both ends of the support and prevents arterial and venous congestion. Figure of 8 support helps rehabilitate deformity, dislocation and soft tissue injury.

Apply the support to the area to be worn. Adjust support to the correct wearing position. Support should fit comfortably tight. If support feels too tight, loosen and then wrap again. Ideal for soft tissue injuries where support and heat are prescribed and for arthritic conditions.

Support should not be worn while sleeping or by persons with circulatory problems. For post-operative arthroscopic dressing support, it can be worn while sleeping provided velcro fastenings are loosened so as not to block venous flow.

Contact of this neoprene material with the skin may cause irritation. Blisters may occur for persons with a known susceptibility to dermatitis. Apply talcum powder or a stockinette sleeve on the wrist area before applying support. Should the problem continue, discontinue use.
