For rehabilitation and treatment of wrist conditions for strains, sprains, post fracture after cast removal, post-operative support and other conditions requiring orthopaedic support.

Made from high grade neoprene rubber to provide excellent support and wrist conformity with necessary comfort
Designed to avoid restriction at MCP (Metacarpophalangeal) joint and thumb web
Adjustable fastening permits variable degree of support
Malleable metal strip that can be reshaped to any required fitting to keep forehand at angular position
Hook and loop fasteners (Velcro) provide for ease of adjustment
Caution


Neoprene Cock Up Splint should not be worn while sleeping or by persons with circulatory problems. For post-operative arthroscopic dressing support, it can be worn while sleeping provided Velcro fastenings are loosened so as not to block venous flow.


Contact of this neoprene material with the skin may cause irritation. Blisters may occur for persons with a known susceptibility to dermatitis. Apply talcum powder or a stockinette sleeve on the wrist area before applying support. Should the problem continue, discontinue use.


Should any rash or irritation occur, its use should be discontinued and a physician consulted.
